			  ABSTRACT

	  These	are the	essential rules	 governing  the
     use of ChivaNet services.



1.  Prohibited Activities

ChivaNet users MUST NOT	 engage	 in  any  of  the  following
behaviors  while  using	 ChivaNet Internet Services servers,
network	devices, or other properties:

*    Gain illegal or illicit access to ChivaNet	services

*    Use ChivaNet services to launch attacks on	 other	net-
     works or individuals

*    Install, develop, store, or distribute  malware,  root-
     kits,  viruses,  or  illegal or pirated materials using
     ChivaNet resources

2.  Cessation of Services

Users agree that access	to this	service	may be	discontinued
at  any	 time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of and
without	any explanation	from our system	administrators.

3.  Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SERVICE IS	PROVIDED ON  A	BEST-EFFORT  BASIS.  NEITHER
CHIVANET  INTERNET  SERVICES, NOR COHERENT LOGIC DEVELOPMENT
LLC, OFFER ANY GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EITHER	 EXPRESS  OR
IMPLIED,  AS TO	THE SAFETY OR SECURITY OF OUR SERVERS OR THE
NETWORK	TO WHICH OUR SERVERS ARE  CONNECTED.  UPLOADING	 ANY
DATA  OR  FILES	TO OUR SERVERS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND
NEITHER	 CHIVANET  INTERNET  SERVICES  NOR  COHERENT   LOGIC
DEVELOPMENT  LLC  PROVIDE  ANY GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES	WITH
REGARD TO THE PRESERVATION OF ANY DATA YOU UPLOAD TO OR	GEN-
ERATE  DURING  USAGE  OF  OUR SERVERS. ANY DATA	OR FILES YOU
STORE ON OUR SERVERS MAY BE DELETED, EITHER ACCIDENTALLY  OR
