To create your own personalized website on chivanet.org, log in to your shell account, and perform the following steps:
  1. Create a public_html subdirectory of your home directory
  2. Create an index.html or index.shtml file inside of public_html
Your website will now be visible at http://www.chivanet.org/~username, where username is the user account name you used to log in. See the referral link for a handy HTML tutorial.
